Bitumen Melter
Description
Reliable and efficient design of bitumen melter are ideal for
melting bitumen at sites where bitumen is not available in liquid
form or where bitumen is only available in the form of drums. If
you already have an asphalt plant, and are getting bitumen in
drums, you can use the bitumen melter to melt bitumen. This liquid
bitumen can be transferred to your bitumen tanks in the asphalt
plant is very easy. You can even transfer the liquid bitumen to
bitumen tanks to take away to another site or to bitumen
distributors.
This method is double heating. This method is best because it heats
bitumen efficiently and also prevents ageing of bitumen if in case
you want to reheat bitumen many times.

bitumen pump and pipeline

Bitumen melter operation process
The trolley will be with uniformly distributed barrel holes, which
facilitates accurate position of each barrel when loading the
barrel(it could be taken apart when loading bag asphalt). The
trolley and the transmission system are responsible for pushing the
heavy drums in and pulling the empty drums out after melting.
With self double heating systems, easy to be transferred, heating
speed fast.
