Diesel oil burner self heating asphalt tank for road construction
YZSL series fuel automatic double heating bitumen storage tank is
an energy saving, environmental protection and high automatic
performance product carefully designed by our company in order to

level of bitumen storage and heating process, combined with the
rich experience accumulated in the field of asphalt heating over
the years. This equipment is combined the bitumen tank and heat
thermal oil boiler as a complete unit. It can heat bitumen and also
can provide high temperature heat thermal oil.
Cylinder shape asphalt heating tank main components
Mainly include tank body(including insulation layer), diesel
burner, built-in combustion chamber (including thermal oil jacket
layer), multirow flue and thermal oil coils, asphalt pump, thermal
oil circulation pump, thermal oil expansion tank, asphalt
temperature control system, thermal oil temperature control system,
liquid level meter, pipeline and asphalt pump heat tracing system,
asphalt entrance and exit, climbing ladder, switch box and
discharge manger.
Working principle
The device has a built-in combustion chamber with a thermal oil
jacket layer, and the multirow of flue and the thermal oil coil.
The thermal oil is heated by the flame in the jacket layer, then
the hot thermal oil is pumped and passed through the coil to heat
the asphalt, meanwhile, the hot exhaust also heat the asphalt
through the multirow flue, so the two methods including the high
temperature flue and the hot thermal oil coil heat the asphalt at
the same time.
Features
1, Low equipment investment, low transportation costs, less space
occupation, easy installation:
The integral design perfectly combines the thermal oil boiler with
the asphalt tank. Compared with the traditional split equipment,
say boiler and tank separately, this design not only saves the
transportation cost of the thermal oil boiler, saves the space
occupied by the thermal oil boiler, reduces the equipment
investment, and reduces the trouble of installing the thermal oil
boiler.
2, High heat utilization rate, effective utilization of waste heat
and energy saving:
The built-in heating chamber makes the heat transfer more direct
and less heat loss; the heat transfer area of thermal oil coil and
high temperature flue in the tank is large, the heating speed is
fast, the production efficiency is high, the high temperature flue
gas waste is effectively used to heat up, and the energy is saved
to the maximum extent; the whole body of the tank is insulated and
protected by the thick high quality rock wool material. It has
excellent temperature performance and low heat loss.
3, Heating uniformity, avoiding asphalt aging:
Thermal oil indirect heating avoids asphalt aging caused by direct
contact with asphalt in high temperature furnace.
4, Highly automated:
There is an automatic temperature control system. The burner can
start and stop automatically according to the set temperature of
asphalt and thermal oil without manual supervision.
5, High safety performance:
The temperature automatic control system avoids the danger caused
by over temperature heating of asphalt and thermal oil, and the
interlock between burner and thermal oil circulating pump avoids
the danger caused by non-circulating of thermal oil.
6, Stable performance:
