Description
FT series corrosive materials melting machine, without self heating
system, which consists of melting tank, sliding supporting platform
and electrical apparatus control system. The melting tank is
divided into two chambers. The upper one is melting chamber for
barrel material, the heating coil exchange heat with the barrel in
radiation way to achieve the purpose of material melting. The lower
chamber keeps up heating to reach the temperature of suction
pump(110 degree), then the pump pumps the liquid material into the
storage tank, if increasing the heating time, you can get higher
temperature.
Melting plant components
The equipment mainly consists of melting tank, lifting system,
tipping devices, drum plate, dripping liquid collect system,
hydraulic propulsion system, thermal oil heating system, liquid
pump, pipe system, and electric control system.
Working principle
The equipment adopts automatic spring door sealed box structure.
The drum is lifted by electrical hoisting. The hydraulic propeller
pushes drum plate into the melter, and using the hot thermal oil
from external boiler as the heating source.
Continuous production one full drum in and one empty drum out from
the other end.
Features
1. Structure of this equipment is a closed chamber with spring
doors on both ends, the barrels are elevated by a small gantry
crane and then pushed into the heating chamber by hydraulic
propulsion unit. The equipment is of nice shape, compact and neat
design, high production efficiency, stable and reliable
performance, no waste or pollution and it is able to operate under
all kinds of working conditions.
2. Fast barrel removal. The heat radiation area of the coiled heat
transfer oil pipelines in the equipment is very large, it takes
very short time to melt corrosive material and improves production
efficiency to a large degree. The heating coils (heat transfer oil
pipelines) are divided into two sections and each section is
independently controlled. Heat can be properly allocated between
upper compartment and lower compartment so as to ensure
synchronization between barrel removing and corrosive material
liquefying. The whole heating chamber is enclosed by thickened
premium rock wool heat insulation panels, so the heat preservation
is excellent.
3. Completely corrosive material removal from barrel. Temperature
in heating chamber is quite high, and each barrel can be heated by
heating coils closed to it, thus corrosive material get melt and
drop down very quickly and completely from barrels, and there is no
corrosive material adhere to barrel and there is almost no waste.
4. Automatic impurity removal. This equipment has a function of
automatic impurity removal. Filtration devices are installed in the
pipelines, and impurities in the barreled corrosive material can be
removed by such filtration devices.
5. Customization: The equipment can be customized according to the
dimension of the barrel.
6. Easy operation: Humanization design, convenient and easy to
operate, low labor intensity.
